My way to survive quarantine

Living a quarantine in a foreign country and during my volunteer project was not nice.
When everything seems to go the right way, here is again plunged into a past that has just passed and that I
hoped not to have to relive.
The fear of being infected and the fear of a second wave of COVID had returned.
But after the bad mood, I realized that we must also face this second challenge and that, despite everything,
we must live with the disease, with the rules that are imposed on us and we must always continue to reinvent
ourselves to feel good.
I have always tried to keep my mind busy, not to think the worst and to think positive. I have prepared myself
to continue my university studies in Italy; I attended yoga and sports sessions to relax my mind and release
tension from my body. I read a lot and wrote.
I'm used to having busy days, so I tried to do the same in the 10-day quarantine at home.
We must always look forward and never back,
