Sharing experiences, identifying obstacles and examining the impact of projects is also an integral part of the activities of DZS, which is the National Agency of the Erasmus program and also the administrative center for the European Solidarity Corps.
Our organization has been in the field of youth work for many years. And so, in order to obtain that important information, the DZS, resp. Ondřej Bárta, he also turned to our colleague, Gabriela Medwell. In an hour-and-a-half long conversation, he found out how it actually "works." How projects are prepared, what are the biggest difficulties, what young people do about it and what role they themselves play in it. The information obtained will serve as a basis for research carried out by DZS. And we believe that what Ondřej learned will bring at least positive changes to the operation and administration of projects and activities of non-profit organizations.
